Lecede is pleased to announce the successful completion of a high-resolution P1.25 COB LED display installation at Ameen Building in Sugar Land, Texas.
Located at 14141 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478, this project transformed a traditional conference room into a modern visual communication space designed for presentations, meetings, collaboration, and professional business environments.
The installed LED display measures 8400mm × 3812.5mm, approximately 27.6ft × 12.5ft. With its large format, fine pixel pitch, and seamless visual performance, the display brings a cleaner, sharper, and more immersive viewing experience to the room.

Precision Installation and Professional Calibration
A successful LED display project requires more than high-quality products. Accurate installation, cabinet alignment, cable management, system configuration, and final calibration are all essential to achieving a clean and reliable result.
During this project, the Lecede team carefully handled each step of the installation process, including site preparation, cabinet positioning, bracket installation, module mounting, cable routing, power and network connection, system testing, final calibration, and customer training.
The COB installation process follows a structured workflow, from checking cabinets, modules, screws, brackets, processors, cables, and tools before installation, to marking reference lines, installing cabinets row by row, adjusting modules with magnetic tools, organizing cables, running system tests, and training the customer on software operation and maintenance.
Every detail was completed with precision to ensure proper alignment, stable performance, and a professional final appearance.
