Confirm purchase order.The buyer shall pay a 30% deposit, with the balance to be paid after the goods have been produced and shipped.

The production of the product usually takes 15-20 working days, if there is inventory within 10 days can be arranged for delivery.
The finished parts are tested and then installed for at least 48 hours of aging test. When the test is complete, package it. (salespeople take pictures or videos of aging, packaging, etc. , as the product is tested on store shelves, create manuals, and support customer inspection.)
After the customers see the finished product packing, they will make 70% of the balance payment, and then we will arrange the shipment. Or arrange your own freight forwarders to pick up the goods.

Product processing process
● Confirm and issue raw material purchasing list to purchasing department according to specific project.
● Purchasing Materials, using SMT machine production line for module production.
● Arrange power supply, Cabient, receive card, send card, all kinds of wire purchasing and so on, according to customer demand.
● Mechanical and manual QC inspection of modules and 48-hour aging test
● QC to receive all raw materials for compliance testing, compliance and then put into use
● Carry out Cabine assembly, and put the screen on the shelf. The technical personnel will carry on the technical aspect debugging to the screen according to the customer demand.
● Archive various videos, pictures, technical documents, inspection documents and so on for each project.
● The merchandiser and the sales personnel carry on the plan accessories inventory, the confirmation, and arranges the packing, waits for the shipment.
After-sales
3-5-year warranty offered. During warranty term, the seller provides free repair / replacement service for defective parts caused by quality problem (accessories like network cables, power cables and graphic card etc. excluded from the warranty). But the Buyer needs to return the defective parts to the Seller for exchange for good parts. The warranty term is counted from the 50th day after the goods ready day.
During the warranty, if the Buyer wants to send the defective goods to Seller's place , Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to Seller, The Seller is responsible for shipping fee of the repaired goods back to Buyer.
