Lecede A project in Indonesia was referred to us by a delighted client who had previously experienced our exceptional service. They made a trip to our production site in China in the month of July, eager to delve into our company's expertise. The client presented detailed plans for an outdoor freestanding double-sided LED digital screen they were planning to implement, and engaged in comprehensive discussions with our project technical team.
Initially, the client had their sights set on a 6x3m double-sided P3.91 LED screen, which is commonly used for large-scale event screen rentals and fixed installations. However, the financial implications of such a premium product were beyond their allocated budget.
In response, the client's technical engineer collaborated with our team to devise a more cost-effective solution. We took into account the structural requirements, including the height and width of the stand, the load-bearing capacity, and the necessary power supply. We proposed a 5.76x2.88m double-sided LED billboard display with a P3 pixel pitch, which is a denser and more budget-friendly alternative to P3.91.
The material chosen for the outdoor LED display was a robust, waterproof iron cabinet designed to withstand the elements and prevent any damage from rain or humidity. To further protect the investment, we recommended enclosing the display and including a secure access point for maintenance.
During a break for refreshments, we also covered the details of transportation and installation. The production timeline for the LED screen is estimated to be between 15 to 25 working days, and the units are carefully packed in wooden crates for safe shipping. Each crate can accommodate six display cabinets, each measuring 960x960mm. On-site assembly and wiring are required, along with the use of a crane for lifting the heavy components into place. We also highlighted the need for a 60cm maintenance gap between the two screens to facilitate future servicing.

By the end of August, the client had the LED display in hand and reached out for technical support during the installation phase.
