Based on the requirement analysis, we prepared a proposal that includes:
- Designing and manufacturing a custom-made column-style roadside display screen with an appearance that matches ABC Advertising Company's brand image
- Installing high-brightness LED screens to ensure high visibility and vibrant advertisement effect in outdoor environments
- Integrating a remote control system for easy modification and updating of displayed content by ABC Advertising Company
- Providing suggestions for screen size and materials to meet their needs and budget
Step 1: Refinement of the Solution and Negotiation
We further communicated with Mr. Johnson to discuss the details of the proposal and made adjustments based on their feedback.
