Beyond Delivery: Lecede’s Local LED Display Service in Texas

An LED display supplier’s responsibility does not end when the screen is installed. Customers also need someone who can investigate a problem, explain what happened and help get the display working correctly.

A recent service visit near Houston, Texas, shows how Lecede puts that responsibility into practice.

Local Support, On Site

After a customer reported unusual colors on an outdoor LED display, Lecede’s team drove from Houston to inspect the installation. William introduced the case on site, while Yellow carried out hands-on checks.

The inspection traced the issue to the display configuration rather than a hardware fault. The team helped resolve it on site.

For the customer, the priority was a correctly functioning screen. Our role was to find the cause and help solve the problem—not simply determine whether the hardware was at fault. This is what local service means in practice: support that continues after delivery, with people who can respond on the ground.

C Series: Designed for Everyday Use and Easier Maintenance

The installation features Lecede’s flagship C Series, a 4 × 8 ft double-sided outdoor LED display used for roadside business advertising.

Alongside dependable display performance, service access is an important part of an outdoor installation. Screens mounted above ground must remain accessible for inspection and maintenance throughout their working life.

The C Series supports front-access maintenance. As Yellow demonstrates in the video, LED modules can be accessed from the display face, making inspection and replacement more convenient without requiring rear access for those tasks.

Front access does not remove the need for suitable equipment or safe working procedures, but it makes servicing the display more practical—particularly where space behind the screen is limited.

Product quality and after-sales service should work together. A well-designed display is easier to support, and experienced service personnel can distinguish a configuration issue from a component fault before deciding what action is needed.
